MY
Projects

At Marquette, I had the opportunity to work on two projects that I am most proud of. The first project was a marketing analysis for Lucky Charms where we analyzed and changed their marketing strategy. The second project was a simulated coffee shop where I gained hands-on experience in managing a business. These projects helped me develop my skills in marketing, analysis, and business management.

Lucky Charms

The primary objective of this project is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of Lucky Charms' current marketing strategy and implement strategic changes to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and sales. By leveraging market research, consumer insights, and innovative marketing tactics, the aim is to revitalize the brand's image and appeal to a broader audience demographic.

The Steam Room

In our class project simulating running a coffee shop, each team acted as managers responsible for making various decisions to operate the business effectively. These decisions typically covered areas such as marketing, pricing, inventory management, staffing, and customer service.Throughout the project, we continuously evaluated our performance against key metrics such as revenue, profit margins, customer satisfaction, and market share. We adjusted our strategies based on the outcomes and feedback received, striving to improve our results and outperform our classmates
